
In November of 2007, I mailed out the application form for Ca BON included in the application was my personal check for processing fee as requried by the board. On November 19, 2007, the check cleared. The cancelled check is now in my possession which proves to me that the application was received by the office.
However, up and until now, I haven't received any letter or note of confirmation regarding the receipt of my application. It is over 4 months now and I have not heard anything from the office regarding the approval of my application.
