i badly need your advice...i failed retake exams

I am a june 2006 passer and due to few people's fault i was forced to take the retake, for our goverment thinks this would cure the scandal, but sadly i failed. and now i can't work to US bec cgfns won't give those who failed the visa screening certificate.

pls help me..any alternatives?
