You need to be a bit clearer in what you are asking. If looking at the requirements for other countries then there are plenty of threads already discussing this

Most countries require nursing experience, the process can be hard and may have to do some form of assessment or bridging program, (a lot will depend on training) but really you need to decide on where to live and a lot will depend on what sort of lifestyle you are looking for

I actually do have a registered nursing experience from my home country (Philippines) for 1 1/2 years in ambulatory care setting. I am very open to different options. I would want to know more about the process with the different countries...

I'm confused by this entire thread.

Where does the OP want to go? I've seen questions about Canada, California,...

Wouldn't it make sense to pick a destination and focus on whether it is possible to meet their requirements?

USA is known as the Land of Opportunity for a reason.

The US Embassy in Manilla issues about 150 Visas to USA per day, I would find a way to get to USA if I was a looking to migrate to a certain country.

Sorry if i want to know a lot about it... actually im in the process of applying for california BUT im having a hard time, meaning there is a very slim chance, that's why i am very open to know from you guys here in allnurses what they have done to be able to get their work/migrate to the certain countries listed... Sorry if it looks that way but its not that i dont want to focus but i need alternative...
