I am applying for a CES through CGFNS but my PRC license is expiring. What to do?

Hi everyone!

I'm new here and this is my first thread. I have decided to get my CES through CGFNS by next month but by that time, my PRC license would be expired already. I will renew ofcourse but what will i write in the date of issue and the date of expiration for the new license? i want to start with the application now because i will also be applying to vermont soon. What can i do? Thanks a loT!!!!
