how to request CA-BON to forward my nclex result to CGFNS

by mcv0928

I just opened the cgfns international site regarding the visascreen application. I'm just wondering what form to fill up to request CA-BON to forward my NCLEX result to CGFNS. I have seen one form - the License Verification form. I'm having second thoughts using that form because it requires a registration/license #. Should I leave it blank? Since I don't have an SSN, it would be impossible to acquire a license.

Hope somebody can shed light on this matter.

I recently did this: I passed the "Request for Validation of License/Registration for VisaScreen" to the CA Board of Reg.Nursing together with a $60 bank draft fee and a letter asking them to please forward my NCLEX result to ICHP/CGFNS. I told them about my situation of not having the SSN yet therefore I am not licensed in California but that I still have to pass this specific form concerning a "license". (I think they get it already, what with the number of foreign applicants without SSN.)

After I've sent these, I asked them via email whether they have received the form, the payment, and the letter, and to tell me when they are going to forward the result to CGFNS. They said yes they've received the mail, and that they are already processing it, and will forward the result to cgfns next week or the week after next.

Hope that helped.

Thank you so much for the response. I highly appreciate it.
There is one more thing I would like to ask: What is the payee on the bank draft? Is it just "pay to the order of" the Board of Nursing?

Same name when you paid your initial application form to Ca BRN.
