how do I print ds230 form? one print/page per sheet or backtoback?

Your attorney should be sending it to you with a bar-code stamped already on it.

Always one page used only, never both sides. But it should have been sent to you.

no bar code. he said its ok to download and print. this was the same laywer used by a friend. samething and his case is now completed

That just means that the attorney will be copying the information and then submitting it. Most of the time the attorneys send out the one that needs to be submitted and that has a barcode on it.
