how pregnancy can affect the process of emmigration

Hi,
I would like to know what happens if my wife becomes pregnant before obtaining a visa.We have filled the I-140 form and there it is written that we do not have any children yet,she have also obtained the VSC. Do you think that we can have problems if she becomes preganant in this time?
Thank you for your answer

Default Re: how pregnancy can affect the process of emmigration
Thread moved to the International Forum since it is specific for foreign nurses.

Babies are the one exception to the rule that can be added on at the last minute, since there is no way to predict when they will be born or when someone gets pregnant. They do not affect anything.

You will not have any problems with immigration, but will she be able to work full-time and meet the requirements of her contract that she has signed? This is what you need to think about. Many have to make big adjustments when they go to a new country.
