Do you have a Visa Screen Certificate yet? I would try to get that as soon as possible. Where are you currently licensed as an RN?

Default My Advice For Your Job Hunt....
First, you need to "sell yourself" on paper. Make a great impression by having an absolute immaculate resume. Make sure it is professionally written, has proper layout, and all your work experience, skill, etc

Next, call the places you are interested in and get a contact name of the person who does the hiring. Next, mail him/her your lovely resume with a cover letter. If you get called for an interview (regardless of how it went), I recommend mailing that person a "Thank You" card.

Most importantly keep trying, you will surely land one soon. Got 'em tiger

Best of luck to you,

Jessica

The documents are okay.........just send in the application as well as the fee.
If you are on a J1 visa, then you will need a green card. The J1 visa is a special training visa and won't be used to work as a nurse, unless it is under special training circumstances. Then it is quite limited.

What are you planning on using for immigration, if not the green card?

This is completely different than applying as an American nurse. Immigration petitioning is required in this case and things are done much differently.

I applied today for visa screen and soon I plan to take IELTS , I hope I'll pass it.
should I continue to apply for jobs or get an agency in order to find a sponsor?

Please send me a pm, if you wish, with alot more information. I am still not clear as to why you are now doing an ADN program, if you already have your BSN.

You stated above that you were not going to need a green card, but you are doing everything geared towards it......am I missing something here? I want to be able to help, but some things are just not adding up. Please clarify them for me.
