How to find an employer in Canada?

Where can I find work in Ontario? I am a registered nurse in the Philippines and I am recently applying online in Job bank. I am having difficulty finding an employer that would give me job offer. They want a nurse who is registered with Ontario? Does being eligible to take CNRE means your also register with Ontario? or you have to pass it first?
I did not receive my letter of direction yet but it is on the way. What's next after being eligible? How can I obtain a TWP?

Until you pass CRNE you are not registered you are only eligible to sit the exam.

In another thread I have also moved to the International forum (as per the red banner) you talk about PNP or skilled worker route. They are different to TWP and you need to be clear on what route you want to take. All information regarding immigration/working in Canada can be found on the CIC website
