How do I mail the application forms?

I am almost finished filling up my ces and bon forms.

Can I fold it into 3 parts just like any letters, when I send it via courier?

my school and the PRC folded the forms. i sent it via courier.

Does not matter. The courier service is actually going to provide a large envelope for you to place it in. You can either leave the documents flat or fold them.

is it ok to just insert the check for payment to save some charges.
