How Can I Have A Hospital To Help Me Sponsor Me For My Green Card.

I Have About 4 Months To Graduate From Nursing School, And I Need A Hospital In Dfw, Houston, Or Austin To Help Me Get My Green Card.

Unfortunately you are affected by retrogression and although may find a hospital to petition you unless you have OPT or stay as a student there is no way you can stay and work in the US. Much has already been written so suggest a good read in this forum

It's just almost impossible nowadays. Most hospitals no longer sponsor GC. And even they do, the visa is not available and the beneficiary has to wait till visa number is available.

If you have OPT, you can work in OPT one-year period. Afterwards, you need to switch to other visa types. I know a couple of people, after OPT, switch to H4 visa and staty at home now.
