    Forget about CELBAN! Ask CRNBC if they accept Toeic test and score passing with Melab speaking part and score for passing! For Canada this is the best option for english language test for foreign nurses! Let me know what they tell you...

    Hi, freakai:

    Do you mind telling me if you have an associate degree in nursing or bachelor degree in nursing? I plan to apply for CRNBC too. But I only have an associate degree in nursing. Can I apply? Thank you.

    hi castleberry. im a BSN graduate from the philippines, just graduated last april, took the board exams last june and luckily i passed, so i guess that makes me a registered nurse. :spin: uh, in your case, i honestly dont know if you're eligible to apply in CRNBC. from what i know, u have to have a bachelor degree first, (anyone, please correct me if im wrong..) or maybe they'll require you to get additional units to complete the BSN. *shrugs* im sorry, im not much of a help. try visiting the CRNBC website: www.crnbc.ca

    hi freakai... if you passed the local board june of 2007, i guess it only took you 3 months to go to canada? were you given a working permit already or did you just apply for a tourist visa? would you mind sharing me the steps on how you were able to expedite the application process?

    also, is the CRNBC application same as with CARNA? or is the former easier to apply and faster to process? my wife's planning to apply for CARNA but i guess if CRNBC is faster, i'd have to ask her to apply there instead. thanks.

    CARNA==Alberta
    CRNBC==British Columbia

    Two very different provinces. Look at the atlas and decide where you want to live at first.

    i have a pending application at alberta that's why she's considering CARNA but from the threads i've read it seems that CRNBC processes papers faster... or am i mistaken? does SEC assessment also apply to CRNBC? in general, we greatly consider the registering body which is faster and easier to apply. geographically, it doesn't matter much to us... both provinces have their pros and cons so anywhere between the two is good for us. any suggestions?
