New member hea.Just wana know bout the NCLEX EXAM..on how to process,steps or guide on how to take Nclex Examination.Anyone can help me?Thanks.

I took the exam 2+years ago...I do not really remember...but I think if you can spend your time to do some internet research...you might get the answer somewhere...anyhow, welcome to this site...I am also new to Allnurses.

You will need to apply to a state for licensure as an RN. You cannot apply to take the NCLEX exam directly. It requires approval from a state to be able to sit for it.
