help to pursue my nursing degree

by KCTV

I am an international student who recently got into a nursing program at a community college for fall 08. Two days ago, I received a letter from the international student advior asking me to consider going for a BSN program due to my A.A. degree in art. I am not sure if this means that she will not issue me a I-20 due to my another AA degree. While I was waitting to be accepted into the nursing program, I had to go for another degree in order to maintain my F1 student visa. Now, it seems like this A.A degree is holding me back from pursuing nursing degree. Can someone tell me if this is possible that I will not be able to start my nursing program in fall 08?

any info or advice will be appreciated....
