Go to the Hospital in question and ask around for the Human Resources department. That's where they do the hiring and the people in the office can answer all your questions.

Personally, I like to Google the hospital on the web and look at their website. They usually have job postings there and accept applications online.

Also, ask around about health care job fairs in your area. Good luck!

I see you are in the US but have you already applied for licensure, passed NCLEX and have a license? If yes then will move this to the state of where you are living for answers but probably better contacting hospitals in your area as long as you have a valid work visa then you shouldn't have any problems
