HELP! Paediatric nurse-Best and quickest way to immigrate to OZ!

Hi everyone

I need help,i am trying to immigrate to sydney as a paediatric nurse. I have an australian partner over there at the moment and need to get out there asap. I have been qualified for 5years now and am probably looking for sponsorship as it seems to be the quickest way to get out there although finding it really hard to find paediatric jobs! Really getting stressed out about it and could use any advice possible!

Thanks Guys

Moved to the International forum as per the red banner

Have you applied and been assessed by the state you wish to live in? You will also need to pass an English exam (required for most states now) Can you not go through the process via your Australian partner? May be easier. Either way I believe you are looking at a few months waiting time. Not sure which country you are from

It would be far easier to apply via marriage than via sponsorship, I would imagine.
