HELP! NJ licensure application

hello, is there anybody here who applied for licensure in NEW JERSEY? im confused on what i should do first.. should i file my application to NJ first?..should i take the TOEFL exam first?..or should i apply for CES to cgfns first?... could you please give me the step by step instruction on how to apply for licensure in NEW JERSEY.. thank you

You have asked this question a few times. There is no reason why you do not apply for CES and TOEFL at the same time, it is going to take a few months to get the CES report done so can get English exam out of the way. As mentioned before you need to meet requirements as mentioned on their website http://www.state.nj.us/lps/ca/nursing/fornurse_app.pdf
