No problem with that. The address printed on my ATT was my philippine address. I went to the states, called up CA BRN to change addresses, scheduled for the NCLEX, brought my ATT with the Philippine address on it, took the test and passed. No problem. Don't worry. Just call up CA BRN to change addresses or fill-up a change address/name form and send it to them. No biggie.

The BRN is not the one that issues the ATT, it is done thru Pearson-Vue.

Since this thread was not specific to working in the Philippines, but in the US; moved to the International Forum.

You need to make sure that the new address is listed with the BRN, so that the results letter will make it to the correct address.

sir.. just want to ask,, would there be a problem if i have an INCOMPLETE ADDRESS on my ATT?

say for example:
my complete address should be
8 RIZAL ST. MOLINO, BACOOR, CAVITE 4102
and
the address stated on my att lacks the word 'CAVITE' eg : 8 RIZAL ST. MOLINO, BACOOR, 4102.

btw, i have received my eligibility thru a snail mail.

Hi. Seeing that you were able to receive your ATT means your address is OK. It means you will also be able to receive any future mails from Pearsonvue.. That is the only use for the address.. (I know na-O-O-C ka lang.. hehe) Bacoor being in Cavite is unmistakeable... Plus, the ZIP code takes care of that. You can always change that later on. You can still make an online account with Pearsonvue I think and make changes there. However, since you're testing outside the US (I assume), you can only change your exam date and place through phone. But all other information I think can be altered through the internet..

The ATT i brought to my exam was even the Philippine one and this was after I phoned it in and changed it to a US address.. They don't bother with addresses in the exam with Pearsonvue... They are particular with your name though. It has to exactly match the name in your identification or passport. Be sure you have identification with you.. your passport in this case.. and NEVER forget your ATT. When I took the exam in Pasadena, they asked me for an ID because they didn't want to take my passport but they still looked at it. So better bring another ID along with your passport just to make sure... and again... DON'T forget your ATT. They will not allow you to take the exam without an ATT, and your payment will be forfeited I think... Tip: The night before your exam... put everything you need in the bag you are bringing to the exam..(they will make you put your bag in a locker) Don't put it off until the morning. You'll sleep better too knowing all is taken care of and you won't forget anything. But still check it in the morning. Some people forget stuff when they are anxious. This is very basic but you'll be amazed at how some people still mess up. And oh yeah.. Don't forget to sign your passport (where the bearer's signature is asked for) if you havent already. Good luck!!

And Yes, it's Pearsonvue that administers the NCLEX exam, but the initial application is sent first to the CA BRN. So, whatever address you gave the board is where all your correspondences with them will be sent. Pearsonvue only administers the exam, but the results are sent by the board. And yes, I remembered... If you want to change your address, it will have to be changed through CA BRN and the changes will be reflected in your pearsonvue account accordingly.
