HELP!!! is it allowed for nurses from CALI to have an endorsement to NJ

There are no problems with that. You just have to send your proof of passing NCLEX to the NJ BON so that they know that you took and passed it already but just not have a license because of CA BRN's US SSN req't.

There is just this technically stuff that you are not actually endorsing to another State since you do not hold a license from CA BRN.

If you actually hold a license then you can go directly to Licensure By Endorsement. I recommend contacting the Boards if you want further information on how to go about it. Please update us for any responses from them. Thanks.
