Every single nurse is required to pass the NCLEX-RN exam in order to work in the US.

Please take the time to read the stickies at the top of this forum for information that you need to have. Then ask your questions, it will be much easier for all of us.

decide first what state you want to work in the US and then check their website for the requirements. if that state requires you to take the CGFNS Certification Program then apply for that through CGFNS. because they won't let you sit for NCLEX exam if you haven't taken the CP exam they require. but if they dont require you to take the CP exam then dont take it but instead apply for that state and wait until they approved your application and make you eligible to sit for NCLEX-RN exam.
