H4 NCLEX - Change of status

Hi Gurus,
First of all, lemme congrat everybody for all those posts! I am here on H4 visa residing in IL. I jus sucssfully wrote the NCLEX exam for the IL board on 17th. I was educated in India, Wat are the next steps in order to getting a job? Do I need to find a hospital\Nursing Home to sponser me? If yes, how long does this take? And what are the requirements? What will be my status (Green card holder)? Also when filing, is my husbands filing also done with mine. Do we both get 'change of status' togather @ the same time? Now I have a CES report and will soon get the NCLEX certificate with me. These are the only Nursing + Immigration related documents with me. Do I need to apply for anything else b4 I start looking 4 a job? Your advice in these matter will be greatly appricated. Thank U very very much
