But what you are talking about doing is illegal as you are in the country on a visitors visa.
If you want to seek work and apply for H1 B then you need to go home first.Do not risk getting a black mark against your name.
Again it is very unlikely that you will get H1 B anyway.

Can anyone give me a feedback about Cambridge agency/ABBA int'l? How many nurses have they deployed to the US under the H1B? How fast do they process the papers.. Really need some reliable info fast. Tnx!

i heard about the abba agency in the philippines, my friend applied in that agency, she said her h1b application is in the lottery process. I dont about lottery h1b visa. She is in Saipan working as nurse under working visa. The salary is not as big compare here in USA.

according to this forum, you should have enough experience to have a working visa,. do you have a masteral degree, that will help more to acquire. These are all the opinions i heard from my friends and some atty.

my employer had already file my h1b application without the visa screening certificate.. im still waiting for my employer's reply regarding the status of my application

You may find that your file will not move forward without VSC being submitted. All paperwork should be submitted at the same time and your employers lawyer should have been aware of this
