I am in RN program. Is it possible for me to contact to hospitals and to ask whether or not the hospitals is willing to give me opportunities to wort at any special areas such ICU ? I am also thinking to get into Interships or RN residency.

I do not mind to go back to my country and wait on getting a jog. However, I have heard the many difficulties to apply and come to the interview for jobs from my country to America.

For H1b you need a BSN. I presume you are aware of OPT and plan to use it. You need to contact the hospital and discuss this with them. Not all will use H1b and even if you get H1b there is no guarantee that they will petition you for GC and you will be able to stay. If your H1b expires or is cancelled you will have to leave the US even if you have a GC application ongoing as to change status your PD needs to be current and that may not be current

This will tell you more about the visa and it's requirements http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/usc...000ecd190aRCRD

Hi..I am not sure how long it will take but in my case, it took around 4 months before they were able to send it to USCIS...They are cap-exempt and they can file anytime of the year without waiting for April 1,2010..Hope it helps...Good luck..

hi, i was interviewed in auckland, nz and i was just ask about my family, if and when they will join me.. maybe it depends on the consular officer and the consulate. they don't even ask for additional documents, so, i just presented the original approval from uscis, copy of the petition and my visa screen.. the processing time here takes 2-3 days but i received my visa within 24 hours after my interview.. (sorry, i cant send you a private message.. i'm not allowed yet) Good Luck and God Bless!
