h1b for fiscal year 2010 already? so meaning if you apply right now it would be for year 2011?

The H1B cap for this year has not yet been met, so if you applied now and were approved, you could start in Oct 09.

Just send your scanned documents via email to Cambridge.That's what I did..Good lick..Hope it helps..

Are you working in the Phils?I would like to know because Salve got her H1B visa but she's working in New Zealand.I have read a lot of nurses applied to Cambridge since 2008,but I have not heard if they were granted with H1B as of this time.Thanks so much.

Hi..I am working in the Philippines as a dialysis nurse for 3 years and my visa is on process at USCIS..waiting for approval..Others have been approved like Salve..

thanks. Im almost done with my documents. I will scan email my docs to them still waiting to have my docs notarized. perhaps I'll send it to them in due time.

Question: How fast do tthey process upon submission of the docs to there office in MD until they send it to USCIS.
