You just to be honest with what you are doing, when you provide conflicting information it makes it hard for anyone to give you a valid answer.
You are going to be petitioned by a spouse, so whether or not, you have the NCLEX completed and have a license is not part of that at all.
And again, you mentioned coming here on a tourist visa, and then starting the process. And as mentioned above, it is about five months or so before you will actually be able to begin to work. It is never instant, and there are many procedures that you will need to go thru to get to that point. And there is no guarantee 100% that you will be able to get the green card thru your husband. Nothing is ever guaranteed and is up to the officials at immigration.
Getting a visa that will permit you to work in the US is never an instant thing, marriage or no marriage. It is not automatically just given out. You will have multiple things that you will need to do, as well as proof that you will need to provide.
