Lived dn under as a nipper and want to come back

Have an accelerated BSN
Going to have 3 years experience (ortho)
I'll be in my early 50's perhaps with a teenager in tow
MBA wife comming along

Plan is to visit Aussie hospitals in 2 years Sydney-Brisbane.
Throw the chains off here in the US and buy a new surfboard

4 year plan starting now. and I already enjoy a bit of Vegimite

Just reviewed the threads and am more confussed.
Any kind soul willing to steer me in the right direction?
