I am a BSN nursing student who has a knack for going to other countries. I only wish I knew how to study in other countries... specifically Germany. I was a foreign exchange student there my junior year and fell in love with it. I have not found alot of positive feedback about German nursing and don't want to commit myself to something that is not transferrable and is not fufilling. I don't even know how to go about finding a german hospital to sponsor me...
I can't go to other countries through the the selective services due to health problems, so that is out of the question....
So it follows that I should do my schooling there..maybe... I am worried that it would not transfer well back if I ever decide to come back to America.
My future is up in the air as to what I am looking to do...
I sometimes think I want to be a flight nurse and the school I am going to now in the United States has a good program, but I don't know if that is a field that is needed at this point, specifically a field in other countries.
I don't know what I want to do with my nursing degree when i get it or what my options are. I am hoping this discussion board will help me see my options.
