fingerprint card for new jersey


help!! im from the philippines
regarding the new jersey fingerprint card

1. reason to be fingerprinted?__________is it licensure for board of nursing or nclex exam?
2. employer...dnt have one. leave blank?
3.sss and miscellaneous number...leave blank too?

You do not apply for the NCLEX exam, you are applying for licensure as an RN, so that is the only thing that should be listed. Fingerprints are not done for the exam, and you are not submitting them for anything having to do with that exam.

If you do not have a SSN#, then you cannot list anything there.

If you do not have an employer, then there is nothing to put there.

But before you do all of this, have you actually had the CES completed thru CGFNS? If not, please do that first as NJ will not even look at your application without that being completed and in their hands.

i had my ces already and passed them to nj....also will i still be receiving an eligibility letter?...

Yes, you will.

But if you have not submitted the fingerprint card as of yet, expect it to take sometime, it is not going to be immediate for you to get the letter.
