You're school should have given you the info on where to go for fingerprints, and then where to send them once they are completed. Then you wait (sometimes up to 6 weeks) for the state (or federal-depending on which on you need) to review your prints, and clear you for a card.

This should have been done in school, several weeks before your NCLEX.

welcome to the site

Have moved your post to the International forum where I suggest you have a good read. It should be on the BON website where you get fingerprint cards from and usually takes a few weeks for it to be posted out and you receive them. There is also a thread in the Philippine forum on fingerprint cards

There is no fingerprint card for the NCLEX exam as there is no application for the NCLEX exam.

You will be applying for licensure as an RN in the US, and to be able to write the NCLEX exam, you must first meet the requirements of the state that you are going to be applying to.

As mentioned above, the fingerprint cards are sent from the state that you will be going thru, if they require them. Not all states have that requirement.

Highly recommend that you read the Primer at the top of this forum to get all of the information that you will need before you even start the process.

Best of luck to you.
