Filipino nurses from UK to USA

Hi, are there any Filipino nurses here who have worked in UK and relocated to USA?.I am planning to take the NCLEX exam and find a job there for a change.Please share your experience about work,wages,lifestyle etc.Many of our kababayans say different things,feeling a lot better but actually regret about moving.We are all aspiring a better pay anyway and get satisfied prefessionally and financially.I wonder if work,family and child care issues are more stressful and can be outweighed by what we always claim "better pay".
