I would ask directly with CGFNS, regarding this issue but don't be surprise if they would say no. After all, they are in direct competition with each other.

Also, just adding that the CES is totally different from the visa screen process.

In fact, it is ICHP (a sub-department of CGFNS) that actually evaluates the credentials for visa screen purposes and not CGFNS itself.

The CES is a totally diff. service, w/c is totally under CGFNS.

One doesn't have to do CES to apply for visa screen. Credentials can be submitted directly to ICHP.

And whether or not ICHP will consider the ERES evaluation in lieu of their own evaluation will not matter much other than maybe save on time a bit (debatable) but definitely not save on money as ICHP will still ask for the full fee for the visa screen no matter what.

Visa Screen Certificate does not require the CES in the first place, only that you have passed either the CGFNS exam or the NCLEX-RN exam and also the required English exams.

The CES is used only for evaluation for licensure, and nothing to do with the Visa Screen Certificate that is needed for immigration purposes.
