English Proficiency waived by illinois for CES

They say that toefl may be waived by illinois if the education is 100% in english. Are we exempted from taking toefl since our education is in english? How about the Filipino subject that we have? Is it automatic that filipino applicant for illinois ces are exemted in taking toefl? pls help. thanks

If your program was taught 100% in English, then you are exempt from the language requirement for Illinois; howver, it is not waived for the Visa Screen Certificate and you will need the full series of English exams, not just the basic TOEFL. Speaking sections is also required.

Read what it says above. If training was in English, then the language requirement is waived.

Thread being moved to the International Forum since it deals with working in the US, and not the Philippines.

wrong. i want to know more about you ms suzanne4, why? until now it impresses me on how you manage holding a full time job, plus helping thousands of people here in this forum. Sometimes it makes me wonder how do you do it?
