hi everybody
Could anyone please help me. if i got petitioned by an employer(doctor) who is a neurologist and runs his own clinic would that work? i mean can he be able to file a petition for me and if so then would that be ok?

petition(I-140 n I-485) for permanent residence...i mean to get green card.

They could do the petitioning but most individual doctors will not do it, as they have too many financial documents to submit to immigration, and most do not want to do that. It will take you much longer to get apporval for a green card that way, as they will need to thoroughly investigate the doctor first.

It could work, but I do not suggest it at all.
