does anyone knows about online application for saskatchewan canada?

Looking at their website it doesn't appear as a IEN that you apply online http://www.srna.org/registration/IEN_instructions.php

You email SRNA and they send the application package to you.

About a job, I would start looking when you're eligible to write CRNE, before that they are not very interested.
And that you can do online. Do you have any job experience?
