Hi there. I was reading your story there about dislocating your patella and thought I'd reply. I see it happened a good few months ago so you might not read this. I dislocated my patella at the end of June. I was in a cast for a month and my knee still isn't right. My patella is apparently glided, rotated and tilted out of place. My knee crunches every time I bend it and walking up stairs is a nightmare!! Like you I pushed my patella back in. But I was in a foreign country when I did it and they gave me the wrong treatment....told me to keep my knee bent at 90 degrees and sleep like that!! So cos my knee was bent sitting in a wheelchair I ended up dislocating my patella a further 4 times in an hour!! Anyway, I was just wondering how long it took for your knee to recover fully. I work on a heavy medical ward and cant go back to work yet as my knee is still not right. Hope you see this to give me some advice! I hope your knee is better. Cheers :spin:
