good day to everyone.
I already passed my CGFNS (july2006) and IELTS (0ctober2006) and have my Cg certificate already.

my question is, is there an expiration? they say I must have may VSC within 2 years.I haven't filed for my VSC yet and I my ielts is expring this coming october.

Does this mean i have to take cg and ielts again?

I don't know what to do. please help me.

Is it too late?

I would apply for VSC now, English exam only has a 2 year window for a lot of places and if expires then you have to take it again for the VSC to be issued. Once applied it doesn't take too long to be issued and is valid for 5 years. English has to be valid for VSC to be issued

I would apply for VSC now and make sure all relevant documents get forward. Results from IELTS has to go direct from company, you can't send them. Would also think about NCLEX if not already done as with retrogression there is no telling how long you are going to be

Applying online is faster than the regular mail application. But you have to be careful in answering the online question because it would take some time to change it. It's hard to change it by calling CGFNS. You also don't need to send another copy of the requirements. All your previous documents will be carried over your VSC application.

That is as long as you have used CGFNS for other documents, if you have gone a different way ie California or another evaluation service then you will have to send the required documentation in

dear silverdragon102,
need your help again.
right now, im applying online for the VSC.
there's one question though that i don't know which to choose.

Indicate which U.S. visa you plan to obtain from the U.S. Government. This information is required for submitting your application
○TN
○H1C
○H1B

○Permanent Green Card
○Other

I guess the permanent green card, because i'm applying for an immigrant visa?correct?

thank you thank you again
