Dates difference on CES application help!!

Hi all,

Was checking my online status for my CES report from CGFNS and it now says all my documents have been recieved but my Nursing school transcript has been "Received but not accepted" as the apllicants dates of school attendance do not match the schools dates. What it says is "Your Transcript has been received and rejected for the following reasons: Admission Date to the program is inconsistent with what was stated by the applicant."

This is my fault I couldnt remember the exact dates so just stuck rough ones down on my application my school have obviously put the exact dates down what do I do!!! surely my school wont have to resubmitt the application when its my fault do I have to redo the application? I cant get through to cgfns to ask them!!!

You will need to ocntact CGFNS and ask them what they want you to do. Dates must match of exactly, even one day off on a birthday will delay everything.

Thought I would post an update for others who are ever in this situation. I phoned cgfns and explained and they said they knew and that they had already sent out a letter to my nursing school to clarify thier dates were the correct dates and mine were wrong and it will not hold things up any apart from the time for my nursing school to reply with confirmation of the dates. I do not have to do anything.

I also asked about the wait for my CES and they said absolutely from the submission of my final document to issue of my report is still 6-9 weeks and the longer wait times quoted by people is from the time it takes the nursing schools to send in their documents. Not sure if I believe this but fingers crossed it is!!!!
