CVS, CES, visa screen for NY

Hello,
Currently I'm NCLEX passer for Fl, but i'll have green card soon as a lottery winner. After getting SSN and FL lisence I plan to endorse my lisence to NY. I have CES and visa screen for from CGFNS. Do I need to get CVS as well?

Yes for NY even when endorsing you need CVS so would start now as the process can take more than 6 months
