CRNE question on testing venue

Hi,

I am an IEN. Once eligible to write the CRNE in a certain province, can we request the nursing board of that certain province to allow us to sit for the CRNE in another province on the same testing date? ( e.g. eligible in NS and will sit the exam in BC). Normally do they allow or grant such request?
