Credentials Evaluation Service

Hi, I am a BSN graduate at CLDH-EI but I studied nursing for 1 year at UST. My question is do I include my 1 year of nursing at UST in the list of professional schools on my CES report since my transcript at CLDH-EI already have my records at UST.

THANKS!

If your new transcripts include information from first transcripts then there is no need to send them to CGFNS. My opinion if unsure you could always have them sent as a safe guard

oh thanks.. one more question.. does the CES need to evaluate my secondary education? or just the professional ones?
because they only evaluate two educations (extra would cost additional) and since my CLDH-EI transcript already contain my UST grades I was thinking of not including the UST transcript to be evaluated and maybe they would require my secondary education...

They never evaluate secondary school training, only after you have graduated from high school. You just need to include what they are asking for the secondary school but it is not going to be evaluated, and transcripts from high school are never asked for.

Ms. Suzanne...please correct me if im wrong but i have read that primary academic records and secondary diploma need to be passed to them as well.

Secondary School Diploma
Include a clear copy of your secondary school credential. Examples of this would be: a secondary school diploma, results of an
external exam, or General Education Development (GED) certificate.

Send a copy of the “Request for Academic Records Form” to each school listed. CGFNS can only accept the transcript from the
authorized issuing body.

Thanks

They may ask for it, and I did send mine in but I believe if you left secondary school more than 10 years ago they don't need it.

Would always recommend full course by course as if you decide on further career moves once in the US that will more than likely be required
