Contracts

For those of you from India, and some of the other countries, please be very careful when signing a contract.............one that I saw this monring, permitted no extra work to be done, if you wanted a second job. You essentially belong to the company for those two years, so please be very careful......if this is in your contract, I would look somewhere else..........if you work your 40 hours per week, you should not be responsible for anything else to the company............and you could be penalized.........

Please be careful............this is not how things are normally done over here.
