Welcome to the site

You are applying for licensure not just the NCLEX exam and you must meet requirements and because you have taken local boards you have to submit results to the BON of your choice. Where do you want to work? With retrogression there is no rush so much better to decide where you want to live and apply to that BON for licensure. You do have to do some research yourself and I would say things to think about are, lifestyle, what do you want from your life in the US. There is also a thread in the Phillipine forum on crime so you can check crime stats

you need to enquire at hospitals in new mexico, be prepared as until things are resolved with retrogression a lot of hospitals are delaying taking on foreign nurses as it could be several years before you get to the USA. I would say at the moment the best thing to do i pass NCLEX, complete english exams and get VSC. Hospitals are more likely to agree if you have already passed the exam
