Confused newgrad

Hi
Am a new grad on a student visa and i just passed my NCLEX exam . currently am in the us (kentucky)But am originally from kenya. Am awaiting on my ky license.I have been looking for nursing jobs ,but the search is becoming very frustrating, because most of the hospitals i have been talking to arent willing to sponsor a foreign nurse .I dont mind relocating to any of the other states as long as i can work.i would appreciate any imput on some of the hospitals that are willing to sponsor.thanks.
