confuse in answering the vt app form

hi i have a few questions re the application of vt. I already have it and i dont know what to write there. I hope you could help me with it. Thanks. Here are my questions.

a. On page 2 of the form, where in they asked for the agency if i dont have any agency should i just leave it blank or put N/A on it?

b. On page 3 of the form, they are asking about the employment. I havent worked here on the Philippines. Should i just leave it blank or put N/A?

c. On page 4 of the form, they are asking about the child support. Im quite confuse re that. What should I answer there?

d. Still on page 4, regarding the taxes question #3 and 4. Should I just answer yes?

e. And the social security number? Should I just leave blank since I dont have a SS number yet?

f. Lastly, What is the form of payment? Can I send cash or if I will send a money order, where should I address it?

I know I have a lot of questions but I really hope you can answer it and I will really be thankful for that. I dont want to have a problem with the processing of my papers so I really want to make sure that everything will be correct. Again thank you and i'll wait for your response.

Hi and welcome to the site

I have moved your post to the International forum as more appropriate there. Please take time to read this forum as plenty has been written on applying to Vermont. SSN you leave blank as you don't have a US SSN. Do not send cash but a money order.
