concerned Tattoo

by royz23

I just had my Tatoo today, a chinese word that was tattood on my back shoulder to cover my scar. I was happy because i cannot be ashamed anymore of my scar that looks like a kiss mark anyway, my concerned is this, my friend told me that having a tattoo will put me in trouble for an immigrant visa when i have my medical.
Is that true?@#*?
