Anyone know about working as a nurse or nurse midwife in Argentina? US based, fluent in Spanish, CNM...

Again, will have to contact their nursing board and take the required exams in Spanish as well as their licensing exams. This is the same for every country.
Usually it is the other way around, where they wish to come here.
You may also wish to contact some universities there to see if teaching would be an option for you, that may be a much easier way to do things.
