If you wish to work in NJ, then go that route. You will be required to present the CES for endorsement to work there. So just get it done in the beginning. Why spend the extra money? Have you completed the English exams yet?
The issue is where you want to work, not which is the fastest. All thing equal put when you go thru the immigration process.
And the other major thing to consider, are you ready right now to take the NCLEX exam, or do you need a couple of months to study and prepare? It is quite different from your local exam. And some states only have a short window for testing.
The thread about NY being the fastest is over 16 months old, please look a the dates of the threads. Not sure why everyone is so keen on spending or wssting so much money when they do not need to. Makes absolutely no sense at all.
