Does anybody know if contacting cgfns visascreen queries via email efficient?

Thread moved to the International Forum since this is not specific to working in the Philippines.

Depends on what you are trying to ask them. If to cancel an account, always at least fax them; it will get to them quicker and is reviewed faster as well.\

ICHP is the one that handles the Visa Screen Certificate, they are a sister company to CGFNS, but they are in different offices. So contacting CGFNS for specifics as to a VSC will only cost you more time.
