causes of delayed application for cgfns/nclex

This is an issue and always has been, all dates must match, all names must match, etc. One number off and things will get delayed.

Another reason that I never suggest the CGFNS exam, unless it is required for the state where the nurse wishes to work.

There are already too many of you to count that have had this issue.
