Caribbean nursing

I am a ICU/ER RN and currently a FNP student and will graduate in May 2009. My dream job would be to work and retire somewhere in the Caribbean. I got married this past August in St. Lucia and LOVED the people and the culture. I am very much missing the island.

Where do I begin to educate myself on working somewhere? Licensure, will they accept my US FNP degree? What is it like to work there?

Any reply would be greatly appreciated!
